Depot Engineering

We are experts in development of brown- and green field sites from client’s brief to fully commissioned, operational sidings and depots. We worked with clients, end users, contractors and designers, most recently on Ilford Crossrail Sidings, Seven Kings Depot, Norwich Crown Point.

Engineering Management

We map out and build strong relationships with all project stakeholders, so that we can best influence the process of design, construction, commissioning and safety assurance. We work within existing processes and propose lean improvements. We lead by example and strengthen the people, to support the process. Our services supported UK’s larges programme of introduction of new fleet of trains across Greater Anglia by Abellio. We also supported Crossrail’s Chief Engineer and Head of Engineering in the final stages of assurance and handover of railway and stations to the Infrastructure Managers.

Civil & Structural Engineering

Full spectrum of services relating to civil engineering works, including forming brief, public consultation, design, costs, schedule, site supervision. We can support short term, quick turn around jobs as well as long term partnerships.

We provide expert services in areas of structural inspections and assessments of Civils assets, including specialist non-linear modelling and analysis.

Asset Management

Our engineers supported Network Rail in safe management of Civils assets within South East Route during period of increased scrutiny of the Regulator. We can advise clients on prioritising interventions, maintenance and renewal works, based on effective risk management approach, policy and compliance requirements.

Energy and Carbon Management

We bring experience that crosses the community, public and private sectors. We focus on delivering low carbon and low impact solutions and our consultants gained considerable experience across sectors, operations and building and transportation types.

We supply certified auditors of Environmental and Energy Management Systems against ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 respectively.

Industrial engineering

We able to dispatch our consultants in mechanical and industrial engineering, and world class experts in lubrication technology to any plant in the world to investigate production processes and implement solutions to operating facilities, as well as develop new facilities in established and emerging markets.

Human Factors

Our experienced Human Factors and Usability Specialist has a demonstrated history of working in the design industry. With strong information technology skills in Information Design, User Experience, Research Design, HAZOP Study, and Usability Engineering, we can support our clients at strategy, planning and execution stages of projects and programmes.
